Athletics Overview
The Conquerors are a part of the MACAA (Mid Atlantic Christian Athletic Association). We play other Christian and public schools in the Jacksonville area. JCA has been successful in our athletic endeavors. Athletics can be an important part of a student’s school experience. We emphasize practicing hard, playing with heart, doing your best, and honoring God in our play and our actions.
Fall of 2025 was a successful season with three of our teams earning the prestigious Christian Testimony Award at the Conference Championships. Our student athletes are now transitioning from fall sports to winter sports.
Our Varsity Volleyball team earned Christian Testimony, as well as fighting hard for a second place finish in the Conference! Congrats ladies! We had three young ladies named to the All-Conference team; Violette Smith, Anna Hodges, and Selma Scott and two named to the All-Tournament team; Alexis Paradysz and Selma Scott.
Our Cross Country teams represented well. Our varsity boys earned the Christian Testimony award. Charis Wheeler and Nevaeh Lohnes both placed in the Top Ten at the conference championship. Congrats on a strong season.
The JV Volleyball team fought hard at their tournament, coming into the tournament in sixth place, but leaving in fourth! They also earned the Christian Testimony award. Great job ladies!
