April Thompson, a 2002 graduate of Jacksonville Christian Academy (2006, Southeastern Free Will Baptist College), has recently been awarded a summer internship with the Leadership Institute. Located just outside Washington, DC, the Leadership Institute is a multi-faceted think tank designed to equip young conservatives with the intellect and ideology necessary to make a difference in the political arena.
