Talented '09 Class Graduates
In a ceremony filled with laughs and tears, JCA's 2009 Senior class graduated June 5th in front of friends, family, and staff. Among the graduates were Valedictorian Jamie Haggard, Salutatorian Griff Guyer, and the first scholarship athlete in JCA history, Sarah Dodson. The graduates' speeches were particularly impressive this year, as well as the list of colleges which the students will be attending. May God richly bless them and make them a blessing to others.
CQ 4 Christ Summer Program
Conquerors For Christ Summer Camp Program will be offered this year from 6:30-5:30. There is a $25 registration fee and the cost is $90/week or $25/day (drop-in). For more information please contact Michelle Jackson at (910) 340-5360.
Aviation Class Enrolling
Due to increasing demand, JCA's Aviation Class will offer 2 courses next year: AV101 for grades 6-8 and AV201 for grades 9-12. Please contact the office this week to enroll in either course. Click here to go to the Aviation page.
French Class Returns From Paris
Students from JCA's French II recently returned from an 8 day trip to Paris, France, accompanied by their teacher and 2 other faculty chaperones. This was the third trip in four years and the largest group to go. Among the sites visited were the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Louvre, Versailles, and the Opera.
